Staff ReportWARSAW – A North Webster man was arrested for allegedly failing to update his information on the sex offender registry. Kory Douglas David, 47, 406 W. Himes St., North Webster, is charged with failure to register as a sex offender, a level 6 felony. On Jan. 13, a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigator met with David, who is required to maintain lifetime sex offender registration in Indiana. After leaving the hotel, David never updated his residential information for the registry. In an interview on July 27, David said he stayed at multiple addresses after leaving the hotel; none of these addresses were reported.
