WARSAW— Tammy Stackhouse, founder and program coordinator for The Magical Meadows, never expected to be where she is now. In the nearly two decades since, The Magical Meadows has bloomed from a one-woman operation to seven instructors and 20 horses serving 100 riders a week. In July, The Magical Meadows announced it had reached the fundraising goal for its Growing With Heart capital campaign.
