Firefighters are getting a handle on the Gann Fire, which held at 10,374 acres overnight but is now 40% contained. The number of structures lost is now 18 and there is one civilian casualty and one firefighter injury. There are 11 helicopters, 117 engines, 37 water tenders, 40 dozers, 78 hand crews, and 3 other unspecified resources, totaling 3,121 in personnel. While some earlier orders were lifted, active mandatory evacuation zones are still CCU-109, CCU-139, CCU-147, and CCU-130-B. Warnings remain in place for CCU-110-A, CCU-139 and CCU-147.
