Several neighbors are fed up with the rowdiness they said is coming from Park and Rec, a bar in University Heights. “It’s annoying,” Nikki Tolliver said. Nikki Tolliver said she and many of her long-time neighbors describe feeling about the noise levels coming from Park and Rec, late into the night. I just want them to do something that’s making the neighborhood feel safe again,” Devon Tolliver said. “I would really like them to curtail it, to do something, to have respect for us as neighbors,” Nikki Tolliver said.
