A driver is facing charges after police in Port St. Lucie said he was involved in a road-rage pursuit and crash that left a motorcyclist and three others hospitalized. The incident happened Wednesday evening when the driver of a Ford Super Duty pickup and the driver of a Harley-Davidson were involved in an ongoing road-rage incident on U.S. 1, Port St. Lucie Police officials said. Police said the pickup also ran the red light and hit the motorcycle rider before crashing head-on into a Toyota RAV4. The 31-year-old motorcycle rider was hospitalized with serious injuries, including a brain bleed and facial fractures. Two people in the RAV4 and the driver of the Silverado were also hospitalized.
