New dash camera video shows the moment a pickup truck flipped over while troopers were in pursuit following a kidnapping incident in Miami-Dade in May, officials said. The man told officers that he jumped in the bed of the truck for his safety and called 911 to give real-time location updates, authorities said. Before crashing, state troopers said Kelly was speeding through a construction zone, hit several barricades and almost hit a worker. The victim told detectives that he didn't know anyone was in the truck when he was checking it out. Kelly appeared in bond court on crutches, where he faced multiple charges including kidnapping, false imprisonment, burglary and fleeing and eluding authorities.
