The Board of the Tipperary Excel Centre has appointed Kathryna Clough to the position of General Manager. Ms Clough, from Tipperary town, will take over from Mary Leahy who is due to retire in the coming weeks. Most recently, she worked as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Killaloe Hotel & Spa, working across marketing, events, partnerships and commercial development. It is understood that the Board will also contract out work to support the programming of events at the Excel Centre. Mary Leahy has been part of Tipperary Excel Arts Centre since its inception in 2001 and has served as General Manager for the past six years and will remain for a transition period.
