The Office of the President has today announced the appointment of Ms Vivienne Confiance as Deputy Registrar General. Ms Confiance brings to the position over two decades of professional experience in the legal, regulatory and public sectors. Ms Confiance holds a Master of Laws (LLM) with Merit in Banking and Finance Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London. She has also completed numerous professional certifications in anti-money laundering, governance, contract management and financial regulation, and has represented Seychelles on various regional and international legal and regulatory bodies. Her appointment is effective from 1st August 2026.
