He was born Aug. 26, 1938, to Ronald and Elsie Snow in Salt Lake City, Utah. He attended Tooele High School and went on to have a lucrative career with the federal government. They had three children: Allen, Steve, and Barbara. He later married Karla Hector in July of 1984 who also had three children: Brent, Robin, and Stephenie. He is survived by his wife Karla and children Allen (Jill) Snow, Steve (Patty) Snow, Barbara (Bobby) Tomac, Brent (Kathy) Nelson, Robin (Mike) Valesquez, Stephenie (Brian) Shute.
