More than 13 years after departing Colliers as an associate director, James Marcellino has returned to the company’s New York office as a vice president.
Starting today, Aug. 10, , Marcellino’s new role will focus on office leasing and tenant representation as Colliers continues expanding its New York presence, according to an announcement by the firm.
The executive brings with him more than 17 years of experience advising institutional owners, landlords and occupiers on office leasing.
Marcellino first arrived at Colliers as an associate director in late 2011.
Marcellino earned his undergraduate degree in psychology at Syracuse University in 2010 and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
