Industry body strengthens professionalism in auctioneering industryThe South African Institute of Auctioneers (SAIA) has again been recognised by SAQA as the only professional body to uphold nationally accepted standards of competence for auctioneers. It also recognises its professional designations, education programmes, continuous professional development (CPD) and ethical code as being central to the industry. Their purpose is to support professionals and protect the public by ensuring that those carrying professional designations meet recognised standards of knowledge and conduct.
