Sanilac County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating recent personal injury traffic crashes. On July 27 at approximately 6:24 p.m., Sanilac Central Dispatch received a report of a two-vehicle injury crash at the intersection of Germania and Cass City roads in Greenleaf Township. An eastbound 2009 Saturn Outlook driven by a 35-year-old woman from Cass City and occupied by a 4-year-old boy from Cass City did not have a traffic control device for their direction of travel. The driver and passenger of the Saturn were taken to Saginaw Covenant Hospital by Cass City MMR for treatment of injuries. Deputies, along with Moore Township Fire and Sanilac EMS responded to the scene.
