(Western Lacrosse Association)A Vernon local is playing a do or die playoff game in the Western Lacrosse Association (WLA). Vernon’s Kaden Doughty plays for the Maple Ridge Burrards in the WLA. Maple Ridge currently trails 2-1 in the series after losing game three on Sunday, Aug. 9. Doughty is in his fourth season with Maple Ridge and is looking to help his team advance to the final for the first time since 2019.
