Robert Beverly Millner of Vernon Hill, passed away Monday, Aug. 3, 2026 at the age of 84. He was born in Halifax County May 22, 1942 to the late Robert Millner and the late Lottie Montgomery Clay Millner. He was preceded in death by one grandson, Preston Millner; his siblings, Willie Clay, Johnnie Clay, Junior Clay, Silas Clay, Charlie Clay, Earl Clay, J.T. Clay, Owen Clay, Viola Crews, Virginia Shipp, Enolia Johnson, Pokie Bliss, Florine Clay Simpson and Joyce Millner Rodes.
