Bradley Creek wildfire remains being held after ‘unsettled’ weather conditions

On Monday, Aug. 10, the fire continued to display Rank 1 and 2 fire behaviour despite ‘unsettled’ weather conditions in the area. At the Bradley Creek wildfire complex, which covers both the Quilpituk Creek and Bradley Creek wildfires, there is currently an Incident Management Team, 129 firefighters, 11 helicopters, 40 pieces of heavy equipment, and 67 structure protection members. The Bradley Creek wildfire is one of 101 active wildfires in B.C.
