Concord Township held two hearings Tuesday night, and both were continued. The first hearing was for a proposed data center ordinance, and the second was a conditional use hearing for several of the proposed uses at the proposed Shoppes at Concord. The first hearing held at 6 p.m. dealt with the data center ordinance. Concord Township issued letters to 300 people with property within 300 feet of the proposed center (at Ridge Road and Route 202). They were granted status, as were those living in Ridings 1 and 2 in Chadds Ford Township, Chadds Ford Township itself, and a few others.
