(NNSL file)The Fort Liard RCMP are conducting an investigation into a fatal hit-and-run that occurred on Aug. 8. The Fort Liard RCMP have begun an investigation into the matter with help from G Division Forensics Identification Services, British Columbia RCMP and the Northwest Territories Coroner Service. The Northern Rockies RCMP and Fort Simpson RCMP are collaborating with Fort Liard detachment to track down the vehicle and driver. The Fort Liard RCMP asks that any person with information about this incident contact them at 867-770-1111.
