Bridgeport boys soccer coach Brandon Medrano was recently announced as the next coach of the girls soccer program for the 2027 season. As the coach prepares for his second year, he’ll add a new responsibility on the pitch — taking the reins of the Bridgeport Sissies’ program. Bridgeport athletic director Aaron Cupp announced Thursday that Medrano will serve as the girls soccer coach in 2027, while also remaining the leader of the boys team. Medrano will replace former coach Lindsey Miller, who departed in June to become an assistant girls soccer coach at Eagle Mountain High School under Matthew Speight. Now, we’re working on the building to see what we can do with the girls soccer program.
