The partnership will establish Theseus Infrastructure, a new platform that will develop, operate and lease purpose-built data centers to Anthropic under long-term agreements. The partners will initially focus on developing new sites in the United States, with Anthropic serving as the anchor tenant. Funds managed by Macquarie Asset Management will own the platform alongside GIC, with the two providing the majority of the equity for each project.
