They were focused on building the app and were giving everything for free apart from the storage for attachments. And once they were far enough they restructured their pricing to best suit the offerings in the app. I am pretty sure they are not dumb enough to remove features from basic and move them to pro. And the only feature I see people clamoring about in the Pro plan is app lock. That’s much better in free plan compared to app lock.
