Vincel Lee Burke, 89, of Rural Parsons, died at 10:28 a.m., Sunday, June 14, 2026 at Labette Health. He was born Feb. 23, 1937 to Andy and Hazel Viola (Burke) Tate. Survivors include: one brother, Billy Greenwood; three sisters, Tracy Greenwood, Jennifer Blackburn (Charlie), and Connie Samples, all of Parsons.
