Richard ClevengerRichard E. Clevenger, 68, of Parsons, passed away at 4:57 a.m., Thursday, June 25, 2026 at Labette Health. He was born on Oct. 18, 1957 in Oswego, Kansas to Clyde E. and Stella M. (Pierson) Clevenger. Richard grew up in between the Bartlett and Edna area and graduated from Labette County High School in 1975. After graduation Richard worked for a pipeline company in Houston, Texas, before returning to Parsons where he worked for Parsons Auto Parts and Salvage and SEK Auto for many years before retiring. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 2, at the Carson-Wall Funeral Home.
