Mayellen BaylessMayellen Snell Bayless, 95, life-long Parsons resident, died at 4:05 a.m., Friday, July 3, 2026 at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home. She was born Feb. 2, 1931 at Parsons a daughter of Walter Wesley and Audrey Lenore (Snell) Evans. On Feb. 18, 1950 she was united in marriage to Merle Max Bayless. She was preceded in death by her son – Gary Bayless on Aug. 25, 2021 and her brother – George Evans.
