ST. PAUL — Rosedda “Rosie” Carter, 79, of St. Paul, Kansas died at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Prairie Mission Retirement Village at St. Paul, Kansas. She married Ray B. Carter on Oct. 27, 1983 at St. Francis Catholic Church in St. Paul, Kansas. She was past board member of Osage Hill Country Club, member of St. Francis Catholic Church and St. Francis Altar Society. Survivors include nieces and nephews, Teresa (Jack) Kenndy of St. Paul, Jacquey Tabcum, Bill Buchanan, and Tanja Yoast all of Colorado, Melissa Monaghan of Texas, Mike (Coleen) Carter of St. Paul, Roy (Janis) Carter of St. Paul, Ed Carter of St. Paul, and Steve Kirk of St. Paul, and many great nieces, nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Carter will be cremated following the services with burial of the cremains at St. Francis Cemetery at a later date.
