PITTSBURG — Carla Ann Markley, 82, of Pittsburg, formerly of Parsons, passed away at 7:06 p.m., Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at home. She was born September 18, 1943, in Parsons, Kansas, the daughter of Carl and Wilma (Murphy) Albertson. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, John David Markley, and a daughter, Wendy Markley. Burial will follow in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery, 21039 Ness Road, Parsons, Kansas. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, July 12, at the Brenner Mortuary, Pittsburg.
