EDNA — Jerry L. Winters, beloved son, husband and dad, and grandpa of Edna, Kansas, passed away peacefully on July 8, 2026, in Joplin, Missouri.at the age of 64. He was born on May 24, 1962, to Jerry L. Winters Sr. and Cora (Fowler) Winters in Parsons, Kansas. Throughout his life, Jerry demonstrated kindness, resilience, and a steadfast dedication to those around him and his Edna community that he loved and respected. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him but not more than his wife Dee of the home, son Jeremy Winters and daughter-in-law Katie, grandchildren Harper and Hudson Winters, mother, Cora Winters, brother Roger Winters, nephew Ryan Winters, his aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers-in-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends. He was preceded in death by his father Jerry L. Winters Sr.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Ford-Wulf-Bruns Chapel, located at 2405 Woodland Ave., Coffeyville, Kansas.
