Terry L. Tullis, 75, of Parsons, passed away at 1:46 a.m., Sunday, July 19, 2026 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita. Terry grew up in Bartlett and graduated from Labette County Community High School in 1969. He then graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1973 where he was active in the Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity. He enjoyed playing sports and bragged that he majored in recreation during his time at Pittsburg State University.
