Eli was born in Parsons, at Labette County Medical Center on March 8, 2003, to Justin and Heidi (Clevenger) Tucker. Upon returning home, Eli attended the NCCC Mitchell Career and Technology Center, graduating with a degree in Electrical Technology. In 2023, Eli began guiding waterfowl hunts for Ranch Country Waterfowl in Fall River, Kansas. Eli was preceded in death by his grandfather, Richard Tucker, and Uncle, Mark Grant.
