The Chamber expects to provide training opportunities for nearly 500 workers across a broad range of industries. Scripps Mercy Hospital, Scripps Green Hospital and Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla were ranked among the five best in the county. The project won the Golden Nugget Grand Award for Best Built-For-Rent Community Product Design and multiple awards of merit, including Best Infill Community, Best Built-For-Rent Community Plan, Best Multifamily Housing Community (under 20 dwelling units per acre), and Multifamily Community of the Year. The program combines housing with education, employment training, career development, financial literacy, parenting and relationship skills, personal development and individualized support.
