Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert’s son Tyler Boebert has been arrested for multiple felony charges for alleged sexual exploitation of a child. Tyler was arrested on suspicion of five felonies related to an alleged incident in January 2024 when he was 18 years old. The charges include child sexual exploitation of a child to induce or entice, sexual exploitation of a child, possession with intent, sexual exploitation of a child involving video and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, per People. Tyler was initially facing 22 felony and misdemeanor charges but ultimately pleaded guilty to one count of attempted identity theft.
