A new director for the Warren County E-911 Commission will be announced at the next voting session of the Warren County Board of Supervisors. Warren County Administrator Nkemdili Lewis said the county received about five applications and that applications are no longer being accepted. The position was previously held by Director Bobby Rufus, who retired in May after 18 years of service. The board honored Rufus when he left, with President Dr. Kelle Barfield and other board members thanking him for his service.
