A man has been jailed after attacking his cousin outside a Far South Coast courthouse. The incident outside the Batemans Bay court building was captured on video by The Daily Telegraph journalist Tom McGann and quickly amassed more than one-million views on Tik Tok. The brawl, on April 13 had to be broken up by the Sheriff and a nearby police officer. Now the man who instigated the brawl, Michael McFarlane-Potts pled guilty to one count of Affray inside the same building, but this time via video link from prison. Judge Dick told McFarlane-Potts “You are sadly becoming institutionalised, becoming comfortable in that environment.”
