NIS America has released a serene yet chilling trailer for Village in the Shade, the next adventure horror title from Nippon Ichi Software. The game has already been released in Japan and will be coming to the U.S. soon, as revealed in the new trailer. In Village of the Shade, players will find themselves enjoying the vistas and the companionship of residents in Kagatsu, a Japanese mountain village. At night, players will also find themselves escaping from the torment of several spirits roaming around the village. Village in the Shade will be released on PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2 on October 27, 2026.
