— A 37-year-old man has been charged with a felony after a passenger fell out of a side-by-side vehicle and sustained serious injuries at Alcova on Saturday, according to the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael Watts posted a $5,000 cash or surety bond over the weekend and appeared in circuit court on Monday to hear the charge of DUI resulting in serious bodily injury.
Assistant District Attorney Kristen Strube told the judge that Watts tested at twice the legal limit for alcohol.
“Upon arrival, deputies located an adult male with serious injuries and several citizens providing medical aid,” Hett said.
Collier allowed the posted bond to stand.
