Booking Holdings told employees Monday in internal emails that Agoda CEO Omri Morgenshtern will also become CEO of the company's new consolidated B2B unit, and that Agoda has named a chief operating officer to help run Agoda. Agoda's chief product officer, Ittai Chorev, will become the company's new COO. Chorev and Morgenshtern co-founded the search engine marketing platform Qlika together in 2011; Booking Holdings acquired the Israeli company for $3 million in 2014.
