Traffic changes are underway today on Broadmoor Street as the City of Victoria continues sanitary sewer construction associated with the Victoria Retail Village Development Project. Broadmoor Street is closed between Navarro and Eden Roc streets. Southbound traffic on Navarro Street is also reduced to one lane near Broadmoor Street, between Cavender’s Boot City and Discount Tire.
