Boulder City Council voted not to place a measure on the November ballot to create a special tax district to support its downtown businesses. Davis brings us this reportIn a four-to-four vote, Boulder City Council will not be putting the Downtown Development Authority and tax initiative on the November 3rd ballot. The purpose of the Downtown Development Authority would have been to provide funds for infrastructure and building improvements for both downtown Boulder and the University Hill areas of town.
