Vineland, N.J. — A 52-year-old Vineland woman is dead after being struck by a vehicle on West Landis Avenue Saturday night. Leslie F. Willoe was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the Vineland Police Department. The driver of the vehicle that was involved, 27-year-old Sidney M. Baez of Millville, was not hurt. Accident DetailsVineland Police said they responded to the area of West Landis Avenue and Mill Road around 9:15 PM. Investigators determined that Baez was driving a black 2021 Honda Accord eastbound on West Landis Avenue in the outside lane when her vehicle struck Willoe.
