Mankato, MN (KROC-AM News) - Authorities in Mankato say a weekend fire is expected to result in the prosecution of a woman for alleged child endangerment. When they arrived at the scene, emergency responders reported that a number of the apartment building's residents had already evacuated the building in response to the fire alarms and the presence of heavy smoke. The fire was contained to the oven, but the entire building required ventilation due to the heavy smoke.
