The swift development of offshore wind, especially in China, stands in stark contrast to what is happening in the United States.
And the Trump administration is not only targeting offshore wind, but on land wind farms as well.
This country is expected to contribute only 5% of global offshore wind capacity added worldwide from 2026 to 2030.
