Staff reportGREEN BAY, Wisc. — Javon Hargrave (North Rowan) was activated for training camp by the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. Hargrave had been on the PUP (physically unable to perform) list for the first week and a half of camp. Hargrave described the injury as a minor flare-up that was a result off his off-season conditioning program. Hargrave signed a two-year $23 million contract with the Packers.
