SALISBURY — Residents of the NuSalisbury South Apartments are reporting deteriorating conditions at the complex. The pair said issues began soon after moving into the complex last year in September. “My husband talked with them nicely, that we have these problems,” Sarmiento said. Sarmiento said the prospect of moving is daunting, which is why they are considering staying and working to address the issues. “You can talk with any of our neighbors, and they have problems,” Sarmiento said, adding that their neighbors’ problems range from issues with their respective AC units to insect infestations.
