One New Zealand is revamping its executive team as Nick Judd prepares to become chief executive officer on 31 August, taking over from Jason Paris. The changes will see current chief technology officer Kieran Byrne become chief financial officer, while business transformation general manager Sharina Nisha has been promoted to CTO. In addition, the company has appointed Sonia Fernandes, who is currently global chief human resources officer at online news firm Politico based in Washington DC, as chief people officer. She will relocate to New Zealand at the end of August to join One NZ.
