This fall at Oregon State University students, staff and guests can expect to see an increase in the price of monthly and annual parking permits. Annual B zone parking passes will be $575, an increase from $558 in the 2025-26 school year. Parking passes in the C zone will be $167 annually, which is an increase from $162 last school year. Monthly parking passes in the C zone will increase from $20 to $21. Pointer said that the price increase makes sense, especially with the Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex being built.
