I always look forward to Gary Stallard at Angelina College releasing the names of the latest graduates from the school's nursing program. On Thursday, August 6, the Angelina College School of Health Careers held its traditional pinning ceremony for the 50 newest Vocational Nursing program graduates. This included students from both the 'Traditional' Vocational Nursing program and the Multi-Entry/Exit Program (MEEP). She also recognized instructor Patricia Hooks, who recently announced her retirement after spending 43 years in the nursing profession, including the past 14 as an Angelina College Nursing instructor.
