Redemption Christian Church in Jasper hosted its annual Student Ministry kickoff Sunday evening with free food, games, a worship service and a paint battle between the different grades. During the opening to the worship service, Student Minister Makayla Lance (left) and Student Minister Aric Wade (right) reacted as Elise Niehaus sank a basket from the stage. Tell City Campus Minister Corey Andry introduced the three students, one from each campus, giving a testimony during the special service. The Well student ministry band led the students through worship songs before closing the service. Tell City students Macy Martin, Olivia Kellems, and Layla Sanders posed after coming out of a paint battle.
