DERBY – Griffin Health and the Agency on Aging of South-Central Connecticut will host health education programs for Valley seniors about stroke awareness this September. Griffin Health Stroke Coordinator Morgan D’Amore, RN, SCRN, will lead “Are You Stroke Aware? Griffin Health caregivers will also offer free blood pressure screenings and consultation.
