The Avalanches have announced details of their first new album in six years, ‘No Bad Memories’. Due out on 16th October, the 31-track release explores the “simultaneously magical and insidious” ways that jingles and advertisements sink into our memories. Other contributors on the album include Karen O, Jamie xx, Nikki Nair, Jessy Lanza, and Prentiss. The LP features the previously released single, ‘Together’, which unites the latter three artists. This is the first new material from the Avalanches since their critically acclaimed third LP, ‘We Will Always Love You’, released in 2020.
