GREEN RIVER — The Sweetwater County Sheriff’s Office has identified the worker who died at the Tata Chemicals Soda Ash Partners facility July 29. Public Information Officer Jason Mower identified the man as 51-year-old Martin Tremblay, a contractor from Canada. Tremblay had fallen while at the facility, with Mower saying he was transported to a hospital in Salt Lake City and was later pronounced dead. The Mine Safety and Health Administration still has little information available about the incident, classifying it as a slip or a fall.
