Eagle Road. Would you believe us if we told you that Eagle Road sees up to 60,000 cars a day? Now, a change to Eagle Road's speed limit, 'sometimes', is coming to life. It's called a 'variable speed limit' and the Idaho Transportation Department is going to launch a pilot project that would have the speed limit fluctuating on Eagle Road depending on the time of day. After months of watching new speed limit signs be installed and remain unlit, they are now totally functional and whatever speed those signs read, is the correct speed limit for your commute.
